Sherman L. Whitfield is President and CEO of Whitfield Motivational Speaking, LLC. A retired Director of Eli Lilly and Company, Sherman is a seasoned executive, global speaker, and passionate encourager.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a bachelor’s in Business Administration and a master’s in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, Sherman has spoken across the globe and been featured in books and television. His inspiring testimony is documented in Amazing Grace, a book that includes the lives of notable individuals like Joan Collins and Bono.

Sherman is a husband, father, and grandfather. He’s married to the love of his life, Paula Taylor Whitfield, and is the proud father of Sherman Louis and grandfather to Destiny and Louis. He also shares his life with his beloved Shih Tzu, Sydney. Above all, he is a devoted Christian and servant leader.
